On Wednesday, 20th September 2023, we have opened the project’s final exhibition Architectural Encounters of Croatia and Hungary: Modalities of Professional Knowledge Exchange, 1900–1945 at the Liszt Institute – Hungarian Cultural Centre in Zagreb. Welcome speeches were given by Anna Mladenovics, PhD (director of the Liszt Institute, Zagreb), Petar Prelog, PhD (president of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Art History, Zagreb) and Kornél Tamás Almássy, Ph.D (director of the Hungarian Museum of Architecture and Monument Protection Documentation Center, Budapest). The exhibition was opened by Prof. András Ferkai, Ph.D, head of the Hungarian research group.
The exhibition will stay open until 1st October 2023.
After the successful opening of the exhibition in Zagreb, we are preparing the next step, which is the presentation of the exhibition in Budapest. The opening in Budapest is planned to take place on Thursday, 5th October 2023, at the Hungarian Museum of Architecture and Monument Protection Documentation Centre, Workshop Space near the Rózsi Walter Villa (1071 Budapest, Bajza utca 10.).
